TAMBAYA TA DAYA (1) ZUWA TA ASHIRIN (20)

1. TAMBAYA

HUKUNCIN DAURA LAYA  DA GURU!

 

Assalam Alaikum.

Malam, menene hukuncin amfani da “LAYA KO GURU a musulunci?”

Allah yasa mu dace.

Wa alaikum assalam,

To dan'uwa Layu da guru sun kasu kashi biyu:

1. Layun da aka yi su da Sakandami ko Hatimi ko sunayan aljanu ko wani abu na daban wanda ba Qur'ani ba, wannnan malamai sun cimma daidaito game da haramcinsu kamar yadda ya zo a Fataawaa Allajna Adda'imah 2/212 saboda fadin Annabi S.A.W. (LAYU da kuma abin da ake daurawa mace don miji ya sota shirka ne) kamar yadda Abu-dawud ya rawaito a hadisi mai lamba ta: (3883) kuma Albani ya inganta shi, sannan da hadisin da Imamu Ahmad ya rawaito mai lamba ta: (16969), inda Annabi S.A.W. yake cewa: (Wanda ya rataya laya to ya yi shirka, shima

wannnan hadisin Albani ya inganta shi a Silsila Sahiha.

Hadisan da suka gabata suna nuna haramcin daura Laya saboda Manzon tsira ya kira ta da shirka, shirka kuma tana fitar da mutum daga musulunci.

 

2. LAYUN da aka yi su daga Alqur'ani ko hadisai ingantattu, wadannan na'u'i malamai sun yi sabani akansu:

A. Sun halatta saboda sun kunshi sunan Allah da kuma karatun alqur'ani wanda sifar Allah ce, wanda ya dogara da su ya dogara ga Allah, wannan ita ce maganar Amru bn Al-ass da Aisha da wasu daga cikin magabata.

B. Ba su halatta ba saboda Ba'a samu Annabi S.A.W. ya yi ba, da hakan sharia ne da an gan shi ya yi ko da sau daya ne a rayuwarshi, sannan rataya layun da suke dauke da Alqur'ani zai jawo a wulakanta su tun da za'a shiga wurare marasa tsarki da su lokacin biyan bukata, kiyaye hakan kuma yana da kamar wuya.

Zance mafi inganci shi ne haramcin amfani da Layun da suke daga Alqur'ani saboda dukkan alkairi yana cikin biyayya ga manzon Allah S.A.W, sannan shariar musulunci ta halatta mana addu'o'i da yawa na neman kariya wadanda suka wadatar da mu daga layu.

2. TAMBAYA

ABUBUWAN DA YA KAMATA MACE MAI YARON CIKI TA KULA DA Su!

 

Assalamu alaikum

Don Allah Malam wata tambaya aka yi min, shi ne na ke son a taimaka min wajan ba da amsa, tambayar ita ce: me ya kamata mai yaron ciki ta kula da shi?

Amsa

Wa'alaykumussalam

To malama akwai abubuwan da ya kamata mace ta kula da su, lokacin da take da ciki, ga wasu daga ciki :

 

1. Ki yi kokari, ki dinga cin halal, saboda lokacin da yaro yake ciki, na daga cikin lokutan da yaro yake ginuwa, don haka, idan kina cin haramun, yaron zai ginu da ita, sai Allah ya fara cirewa gabobinsa son alkhairi, tun yana yaro, domin duk jikin da ya ginu da haramun zai zama mai kasala wajan aikata abin da Allah yake so, kamar yadda malamai suka yi bayani.

 

2. Wasu malaman suna cewa : yawan saduwa yana karfafa yaro a ciki, saboda Annabi s.a.w ya kamanta ciki da shuka, kamar yadda ya zo a hadisin Abu dawud, mai lamba ta :  1847, kuma shuka tana kara karfi duk lokacin da aka bata ruwa.

 

3. Neman masa tsari daga shaidan, kamar yadda mahaifiyar nana Maryam ta nemarwa 'yarta tsari, lokacin da ta haife ta.

 

4. Nisantar duk wani abu da zai cutar da shi, saboda musulunci ya yi umarni da kula da rai, don haka zai yi kyau a matsayinki na sabon aure, ki nemi shawarar magabata da kuma likitoci, saboda ki gujewa abin da zai cutar da yaronki.

 

5. Zuwa asibiti, lokaci-lokaci don tabbatar da lafiyar yaron.

NA SAMU RAKA'A BIYU TARE DA LIMAN A SALLAR ISHA'I, YA ZAN CIKA SALLATA?

 

Assalamu Alaikum

 malam AWAL ga tambayata kamar haka minene hukuncin wanda yatararda liman Acikin sallar Isha sai yasami  raka biyu nakarshe idan zaikawo cikon raka watarana yakan bayyana karatun fatiha da sura batareda yayi Ba,adiyaba ko Qabliyya shima yaya hukuncinsa yake?

Wato an samu sabani ne tsakanin malamai wajen wanda ya samu raka'o'i biyun karshe tare da liman, shin sune na farkon sa ko kuwa sune na karshen sa shima, wadan da sukace abinda ya samu sune na farkon sa kaga kenan zai ciko biyun karshe a yadda suke wato fatiha kawai kuma a asirce, amma wadan da suka ce abinda ya samu sune na karshen sa toh kaga zai rama biyun da suka wuce shi kenan, a yadda suka wuce shi wato fatiha da sura kuma a bayyane dukkan ma'abota wadannan maganganun suna da madogara daga abinda suka fahimta na hadisan manzon Allah, amma abinda yafi rijaye wajen malamai shine maganar farko wato abinda ya samu sune na farkon sa don haka zai cika abinda ya rage masa, wato zai karanta fatiha kawai a boye a duk raka'o'in biyu.

Wannan shiyafi dacewa da fadar manzon Allah...

ما أدركتم فصلوا وما فاتكم فأتموا...

Duk abinda kuka riska ku sallata kuma Abinda ya wuce ku sai ku ciko..

Assalamu alaikoum malam muna so a fidda mu cikin shakku. Manzon Allah SAW ya hana ayi azumin nafila a ranar Asabar toh yaya zamuyi? ayi mana bayyani game da azumin assabar na tasu'a

Za mû yi shi ko kuma tsallakeshi za mû yi saï mû azumci ranar ashura lahdi?

Babu komai zaku iya yin azumin ku, hanin dake cikin Hadisin Abdullahi bin Busrin al'maziny na kada ayi azumi ranar asabar malamai sun kebance shi da halaccin yi saboda hadisai masu yawa daga cikin su akwai hadisin Abu Huraira wanda ke cikin Bukhari ( kada kuyi azumi ranar Jumma'a saifa in kun hada da na yinin kafin Jumma'a din (wato alhamis kenan) ko yinin bayan Jumma'a din (wato asabar kenan)

Da kuma hadisin Juwairiyya, wanda manzon Allah ya shigo wurin ta ranar Jumma'a sai ya tarar tana azumi sai ya tambaye ta kinyi na jiya tace a'a sai yace zakiyi na gobe sai tace a'a sai yace to in haka ne ki karya azumin ki...

Da ire iren wadannan hadisan malamai suka ce hanin ya shafi kebance ranar asabar din ne ita kadai.

Amma idan za'a hada da wata rana toh babu laifi,

Imam Ibn Kudaama a cikin littafin sa Al'mugni yace makaruhi ne kebance ranan asabar da zumi amma in za'a hada da wata ranar toh babu karhanci.

5. TAMBAYA

MIJINTA YA SAKE TA SAI YA RASU BAYAN SATI 2, YA BATUN TAKABA?

 

Assalamu alaikum.

Shin idan miji ya saki matarsa sai bayan mako biyu Allah ya yi masa rasuwa zatayi takaba?

Wa'alaykumussalam

 

Macen da mijinta ya sake ta kafin ta kammala idda sai mijin ta ya rasu, malamai sunyi maganganu uku:-

 

(1) ya zamanto sakin akwai kome a cikin sa wato saki daya ko biyu, toh malamai sunyi ittifaqi zata fita daga idda ta koma takaba kuma tana da gado, domin mace matukar tana cikin idda bata fita daga hurumin mijinta ba don haka ma yana da ikon dawo da ita ba tare da andaura aure ba, don bata halatta ga wani sai bayan idda.

 

(2) ya zamanto sakin babu kome a cikin sa kamar saki uku kuma mijin yayi sakin a lokacin yana lafiya lau, toh a wannan hali ba zata ci gado ba bisa ijma'in malamai sunce domin alaqar dake tsakanin su ta yanke.

 

(3) ya zaman toh sakin babu kome a cikin sa wato saki uku amma a lokacin sakin mijin yana kwance ba lafiya/yana jinya (ciwon ajali) ya zamanto nufin mijin shine haramta wa matar cin gado toh a irin wannan matsalar malamai sunyi sabani:

* Mazhabar imam A shafi'i sunce ba tada gado / ba zatayi takaba ba.

* Mazhabar Abu hanifa sunce tana da gado/takaba matukar tana cikin idda hakan ta faru.

* Mazhab na Imam Ahmad bin hambal suce za taci gado/takaba matukar ba ta auri wani mijin na daban bane.

Da yawa daga cikin malaman wannan zamann sun tafi akan ra'ayin mazhabar iman Ahmad kamar irin su Sheikh Bin Bazz da Sheikh Ibn Usaimeen da Sheikh Swaleh fauzan da sauran su...

A duba ( Fawa'idul Jaleelah Fil mabaahithul Fadiyya na Sheikh bin bazz Shafi na 6) da (tahkikatul Fardiyya Fi mabaahithul fardiyya na Sheikh swaleh fauzan shafi na 33- 36).

JINI YANA ZUBO MINI, BAYAN CIKINA YA KAI WATA HUDU?

 

Assalamu Alaikum Dr. dan Allah inada tambaya akan matar da keda ciki yakai wata hudu sai jini ya rinka xubar mata daga baya kuma sai ya dauke bayan kwana guda ko biyu yakan iya dawowa ko bayan wasu awoye shin ya hukuncin sallar ta? xata jinkirta sallah sai jinin ya dauke ko xata rika yin wanka duk sanda ya dauke tayi rankon sallolin baya ne.

Wa alaikum assalam To 'yar'uwa mutukar cikin ya kai wata hudu kuma jinin da yake fita yana hade da ciwon haihuwa, to ya zama jinin biki, kuma zai hana sallah, amma Idan babu ciwon haihuwa to mutukar ya zo da sifar jinin haila (baki ko karni) to zai zama haila, tun da a zance mafi inganci mai ciki tana iya yin haila.

 

In ya fita daga wadannan biyun zai zama jinin cuta ta yadda ba zai hana sallah ba, in har jinin kusa-kusa yake fita, za ki iya jinkirta salloli, sai ya dan tsagaita, sai ki rama sallaolin da aka yi su kina da tsarki, saboda addinin musulunci addini ne mai sauki, babu kunci da damuwa a cikinsa, kamar yadda aya ta karshe a suratu Al-hajj ta yi bayanin haka.

Assalamu alaikum, Mallam Na kasance ina tsotsan azzakarin mijina, shi kuma yana wasa da gabana da harshensa kafin mu sadu, ina matsayin haka a addinin musulunci.

To 'yar'uwa hakan ya halatta, ba matsala a sharian ce, saboda an rawaito halaccin haka, daga magabata, daga cikinsu akwai Imamu Malik, saidai ya wajaba a tabbatar an tsaftace wurin musamman farjin mata, saboda a bude yake, sannan kuma wuri ne da ake yin haila, ake kuma zuba maniyyi, ga shi kuma yana kusa da wajan yin bahaya, wasu masana likitanci suna bada shawarar cewa : a dinga wanke wurin da gishiri kafin a tsotsa, saboda neman kariya

Allah madaukakin sarki a cikin suratul Bakara aya ta : 223, ya kwatanta mace ga mijinta da gona, wannan sai ya nuna dukkan bangarorin jikinta ya halatta a ji dadi da su, in ban da cikin dubura wacce nassi ya togace.

IDAN UBA BAI YIWA DANSA AKIKA BA RANAR BAKWAI, MENENE MAFITA?

 

Assalamu alaikum.

yaa shaikh (dr.) mutun ne Allah ta'ala ya bashi karuwa ta (haihuwa) bai samu hali yin yanka ba, har sai bayan wata hudu tukunna Allah ya hore mashi, shin yankannan tana kanshi ko ta fadi?

Wa alaikum assalam,

 

Ya tabbata a cikin hadisin Tirmizi cewa ana yiwa abin da aka Haifa Akika ranar 7/wata.

Wasu  malaman daga cikin Sahabai da wadanda suka zo bayansu sun yi karin bayani cewa: in ba'a samu damar yi ba ranar bakwai ana iya  yi ranar 14 ko kuma  ranar 21.

Duk wanda bai samu damar yiwa dansa Akika  ba a  kwanakin da aka ambata a sama,  to babu wani kayyadajjen lokaci, zai iya  yi duk lokacin da ya samu dama.

AKIKA hakki ne akan Uba zai yi kyau ya yiwa dansa a lokacin da Annabi S. a. w  ya ambata, in kuma ba shi da dama, ya yi masa da zarar Damar ta samu.

YA SAUKE AL-QUR'ANI, BAI SAN FASSARAR SHI BA , YA YI LAIFI?

 

Assalamu alaikum. Malam ina da tambaya na sauke Qurani amman ban san fassaransa ba, kuma ina yawan tulawa. To ya matsayin karatunnawa ?

To 'yar'uwa karatunki ya yi, mutukar kina yinsa ta tajwidi, ba wajibi ba ne sai kin hada haddar qur'ani da sanin fassarar shi, domin akwai daga cikin sahabbai wadanda fassarar wasu daga cikin ayoyin da suka haddace ta shigewa duhu, amma in hakan ta samu zai fi kyau, saboda hakan ita ce hanyar wasu daga cikin sahabban Annabi s.a.w, An rawaito wasu daga cikin magabata sun haddace qur'ani tun suna shekaru bakwai da haihuwa, zai yi wuya ace hade da fassarar suka haddace a irin wannan shekarun.

Sayyadina Umar ya karanta Aya a suratul A'amah a cikin hudubarsa an tambaye shi fassararta bai sani ba, hakan sai ya nuna yin hakan ba wajibi ba ne, amma kuma shi ne ya fi.

13. TAMBAYA

MAHAIFIYATA TA RASU ANA BIN TA AZUMI!

 

Assalamu alaikum malam dan Allah ina da tambaya : tun kafin a kama azumi uwata ba ta da lafiya har akayi sallah, rana ta 16 ga watan karamar sallah  Allah yayi mata rasuwa, shin za mu ranka mata azumi ko ba sai mun ranka ba ? Allah ya saka da hairi.

To malam mutukar rashin lafiyar ta zarce mata, har zuwa lokacin mutuwarta, to ba za ku rama mata ba, tunda ba sakaci ta yi ba, saboda fadin Allah madaukaki  :  "Kuma duk wanda yake mara lafiya ko matafiyi to sai ya rama a kwanaki na daban" Bakara aya ta : 185, wato bayan Ramadahana, idan mara lafiya ya samu sauki, ko matafiyi ya dawo , Ka ga wanda bai samu sauki ba har ya mutu, zai zama bai kai lokacin da zai rama ba, don haka sai ya saraya akan shi . .

Amma idan ta samu damar ramawa,  ta yi sakaci ba ta rama ba har ta  mutu, to sai makusancinta ya rama mata, saboda fadin Annabi s.a.w.  : "Duk wanda ya mutu akwai azumi akansa, to sai makusancinsa ya rama masa" . kamar yadda Bukhari ya rawaito shi a hadisi mai lamba ta : 1851.

HUKUNCIN MIKEWA MALAMI KO SHUGABA DON GIRMAMAWA

 

Assalamau alaikum Malam. Ina teaching practice ne yanzu, kuma idan na je aji yara suna mikewa damin gaishe ni, mal. na barsu su cigaba ko na dakatar da su ?

 

Amsa:

 

Wa alaikum assalam To dan'uwa akwai malaman da suka ta fi akan cewa makaruhi ne a mikewa malami, akwai kuma wadanda suka haramta, akwai wadanda kuma suka halatta.

Saidai maganar da ta fi ita ce bai hallata malami ya nemi a mike masa ba, saboda fadin Annabi s.a.w. " Duk wanda ya so mutane su mike masa to ya tanaji wurin zamansa a wuta" kamar yadda tirmizi ya rawaito shi kuma ya kyautata shi a hadisi mai lamba ta : 2755, Albani kuma ya inganta shi a silsilatussahihah lamba ta : 5957.

Amma idan aka mikewa malami ba tare da ya nema ba, to wannan babu laifi ga wanda ya mike da wanda aka mike saboda shi, domin ya zo a hadisi cewa : Annabi s.a.w. ya nemi mutanen Madina su mikewa  Sa'ad, lokacin da ya gabato"  kamar yadda Bukari ya rawaito a hadisi mai lamba ta :2878, wannan sai yake nuna halaccin mikewa ga mutane masu falala kamar malamai da manyan mutane, lokacin da suka gabato .

 

 Don neman karin bayani, duba : Alminhaj na Nawawy 12/440, da Mirkataul mafaatiih sharhu mishkatil-masaabiih shafi na : 2972 BABU ALKIYAM . .

FATAWAR NAN AKWAI GYARA!

 

Malam fatawarka da ka yi akan mijin da matarsa ta neme shi da jima'i, bai amsa mata ba, ba shi da laifi, mun watsa ta a group da yawa, kuma ta hadu da kalubale, ga abin da wata take cewa :

 

Nake ganin idan har aka ce namiji kawai ne zai iya kusantar matarsa duk lokacin da ya so ko tana so ko ba ta so, ita mace idan ta nemi hakan ko bai biya ma ta buqatarta ba sai lokacin da ya so,Anya akwai adalci a hakan.!???., Idan akwai istidlali naqli a taimakamin da su ba aqali ba. Na ga istidlal din na aqali aka kawo a rubutun.Ya za'ayi mace ta nemi mijinta ya qi amince ma ta, duk da kasancewar mace tana da kunya. Amma har ta iya nemansa ka ga kuwa akwai dalilin da ya sa ta neme shi. Ai shi ma namiji ko da bai da sha'awa da an taba shi sha'awarshi za ta motsa.Kenan hakan ba zai zamo dalili da zai sa don mace ta nemi mijinta ba ya ki amincewa da dalilin wai baya da sha'awa.

To abin da zan iya cewa shi ne: saduwar da muke magana akanta ibada ce, ibada kuma tana bukatar dalili kafin a tabbatar da ita, babu wani dalili Wanda ya wajabtawa miji amsa kiran matarsa duk lokacin da ta neme shi, sannan yanayi da al'ada ya tabbatar da cewa namiji ba zai iya saduwa da mace ba duk lokacin da ta name shi, saboda Namiji yana bukatar nashadi kafin saduwa, sabanin mace, wacce take a matsayin katifa, wannan yasa malamai da yawa na sharia suka tafi akan cewa ba'a yiwa namiji fyade, tun da in azzakarinsa bai motsa ba, ba zai sadu da mace ba, mace kuwa an cimma daidaito za'a iya mata fyade saboda kamar tirmi take, in har an samu tabarya shike nan, wannan yasa za'a iya saduwa da mace tana bacci sabanin namiji.

Kasancewar an ce babu la'anta akansa idan matarsa ta neme shi bai amsa mata ba, ba ya nuna ya halatta ya cutar  da ita, yaki saduwa da ita a lokacin da yake da nishadi.

YAUSHE ZA KA IYA ZAMA MUFTY?

 

Imamu Ahmad yana cewa bai kamata mutum ya zama mai fatawa ba, har sai an samu siffofi guda biyar tare da shi :

 

1. Ya zama mai tsarkakakkiyar niyya, domin in ba shi da tsarkakakkiyar niyya to ba za'a samu haske a tare da shi ba, kamar yadda ba za'a ga haske a zancensa ba.

 

2. Ya zama yana da ilimi da juriya da nutsuwa.

 

3. Ya zama ya san abin da zai yi fatawa akai yadda ya kamata.

 

4. Ya zama yana da rufin asiri, in ba haka ba mutane za su taune shi.

 

5. Ya zama ya san mutane yadda ya kamata.

 

Ibnul kayyim yana cewa : wannan yana nuni zuwa girman Imamu Ahmad, da kuma matsayinsa wajan ilimi, saboda wadannan abubuwan guda biyar su ne turakun fatawa, duk abin da ya samu nakasu a cikinsu to hakan zai haifar da nakasu a fatawa.

NA TSINCI NAIRA #5,00 , KO ZAN IYA AMFANIDA ITA BA TARE DA CIGIYA BA ?*

 

Assalamu alaikum, malam wani bawan Allah ne ya tsinci Naira: #500#, a wurin

kuma bai ga wadanda zai yi wa cikiya ba… Ya

ya kamata yayi da kudin tsintuwar ?, suna ajiye

yanzu haka kusan wata daya.

Wa'alaykumussalam

 

To dan’uwa idan mutum ya yi tsintuwa ya wajaba

a gare shi ya yi cigiya har tsawon shekara guda,

idan bai samu mai ita ba, daga nan zai iya

amfani da ita, amma in mai ita ya zo daga baya

zai biya shi, kamar yadda Bukhari ya rawaito a

hadisi mai lamba ta: 5761. Amma idan abinda

ya tsinta dan kadan ne ba shi da yawa, to ya

halatta ya yi amfani da shi ko da bai yi cigiya

ba, saboda abin da aka rawaito cewa : Annabi

s.a.w. ya ga wani dabino akan hanya, sai ya ce:

In ban da ına tsoron na sadaka ne da na ci.

Muslim ya rawaito a lamba ta:2527, sai hadişin

ya nuna dan karamin abu ba ya bukatar cigiya.

Malamai şun yi sabani wajan iyakance tsintuwar

da ba ta bukatar cigiya, wasu sun ce za’a koma

al’adar mutane, duk abin da mutane şuke

ba ya bukatar cigiya, Ibnu Khudama ya hakaito

sayyadina Aliyu ya tsinci dinare daya ya yi

Malam Wai akwai sallah ga wanda in yana sallah sai ya fitar da iskar tusa kuma duk sallah yake hakan koda ace yayi kashi kafin yayi sallahr,amma inhar yazo sallah saita futo koda ace zayyi alwala sama da 10,

Wa alaikum assalam,

 

Akwai sallah akan shi, ba za ta taba faduwa ba akansa, ya wajaba a gare shi ya yi alwala yayin kowacce sallah, dağa nan duk abin da ya fito yana sallah ba zai cutar da shi ba, tun da in aka ce ya sake alwala yayin fitowar kowacce tusa ba zai iya ba, zai kuma shiga cikin wahala, Sharia ba ta dorawa rai sai abin da za ta iya, kamar yadda ayoyi da hadisai da yawa suka tabbatar da haka. Babu takurawa da kunci a cikin Addinin musulunci kamar yadda ayar karshe a suratul Hajji ta tabbatar da hakan.

20. TAMBAYA

MIJINA YANA CHARTING DA TSOHUWAR BUDUWARSA, BAYAN TA YI AURE

 

Assalamu alaikum.

 Allah ya taimaki Dr, mijina ne suke chat da wata matar aure, wadda tsohuwar budurwarsa ce a baya sama da shekara 20 da wani abu ta yi aure, suna turawa juna hotuna, shin malam  wata shawara da nasiha ya kamata na yi masa?

Sabo da kubutar da su ga fada wa halaka.

 

Allah ya taimaki mallam ya kara fahimta.

 

Amsa

Wa alaikum assalam,

 

Ki yi masa nasiha da tsoran Allah, sannan kuma ki nuna masa cewa: Inda matarsa ce ba zai so ayi irin wannan  mua'malar da ita ba.

Yin charting irin wannan da matar aure yana iya kaiwa zuwa zina, musamman da alama har yanzu kuna son juna, Allah ya hana duk abin da zai kusantar zuwa Zina a suratul Isra'a'i.

Zunubi shi ne abin da ya maka kaikayi kuma ka ji tsoran kar mutane su yi tsinkayo akai.

Wanda ya kiyaye Allah zai kiyaye Shi, wanda ya saba masa zai hadu da Shi a madakata.

Dayanku ba zai yi cikakken imani ba har sai ya sowa dan'uwansa abin da yake soma kansa.
